In 2012, Santhoshi pursued a Master’s in Management in London, specializing in Change Psychology. This experience deepened her understanding of navigating and facilitating change, laying the foundation for future endeavors.
From 2013 to 2020, she worked with multinational corporations in the USA, guiding diverse teams through industry shifts and market changes. This period honed her ability to guide individuals to navigate complex transformations.

In 2021, she shifted her focus to inner being coaching, helping clients connect deeply with their true selves. Over time, she realized that true fulfillment also required working on how this inner self is expressed in the world, leading to a more holistic approach.
She earned advanced coaching credentials and trained with global mentors. During this time, she developed a framework through research, practice, and experimentation that helps individuals discover their true selves, align with their outer reality, and achieve a fulfilling, thriving life.

Working with clients she realized a key issue in the personal development industry: while knowledge was abundant, many struggled to apply it, and there was no sustainable support to bridge this gap.
So in response, she created a program that not only taps into one's inner wisdom and potential but also equips individuals with the tools needed to turn that knowledge into sustained, graceful evolution.
